Where are you located?
We are located at 2039 Hamilton Ave, Jennings, FL 32053. Just 20 miles from Valdosta, Georgia, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Gainesville, 1 hour and 25 minutes from Tallahassee, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Jacksonville. Nearby attractions include: Wild Adventures Theme Park, Turner Center for the Arts, Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center, Jennings GP, and Madison Blue Spring State Park.

What types of camping do you offer?
We provide RV sites with full hook-ups (30 & 50 amp), pull-through sites, tent sites, cabin rentals, and big rig friendly sites.

Do you have accessible sites?
All of our sites are level and a short walk to amenities.

What lengths of stay are available?
Reservations may be made on a daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, or annual basis. For stays of a month or longer, please contact our office at 386 938-3321 or email mgr@palmsandpinesrvp.com.

Do you sell park models?
Please inquire about availability with the office, however, you are welcome to bring and set up your own park model. Many of our guests choose to do this.

What amenities do you offer?
Our community features a heated swimming pool, basketball, playground, bocce ball court, cornhole, camp store, catch and release fishing, pizza and wing delivery, volleyball courts, laundry facilities, and horseshoes.

What activities do you offer guests?
We host a variety of seasonal activities including holiday parties, fishing tournaments, potluck dinners, movie nights and much more.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome with restrictions. Exotic animals such as birds, snakes, pigs, ponies, or wild animals are not allowed. The following restricted dog breeds or mixes are also not permitted: Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Bulldog breeds (including Pitbulls, excluding French Bulldogs), Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Wolf-hybrids, Great Danes, Malamutes, and Bullmastiffs. Any animal showing aggression will not be permitted.

Are vaccinations required for pets?
Yes. Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented at check-in. Guests may also submit documentation via email at mgr@palmsandpinesrvp.com in advance.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

What are your quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

When is the office open?
Office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM everyday.

What type of guests typically stay at your campground?
We are an inclusive, non-denominational, family-friendly campground that welcomes both seasonal and short-term guests. Activity is especially high during the winter months.

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online through our booking system through this link BOOK NOW or by calling the office at 386-938-3321 directly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards with a surcharge of 2.75%. Please contact the office at 386-938-3321 or email at mgr@palmsandpinesrvp.com for information about additional payment options.

What is your cancellation policy?
1. Daily Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation start date will incur a $35 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.

2. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.

3. Monthly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $295 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.

4. Seasonal Reservations: A non-refundable first installment of $795 is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations or changes to seasonal reservations are non-refundable and will not be credited.

5. Holiday Reservations: A minimum stay of 3-nights is required to book the following holiday weekends and events: New Years/New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday and
Christmas. Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.

Are campfires allowed?
Yes, campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only, except for dry periods. Please do not leave fires unattended and follow local fire safety guidelines.

Are golf carts allowed?
Yes, personal golf carts are welcome for seasonal campers only. All operators must be licensed, insured drivers, follow park rules and sign a golf cart agreement.

Is alcohol permitted at Palms & Pines Campground & RV Park?
Alcohol is allowed at your campsite. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and follow park policies.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the park?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available onsite.

Do you have cable TV hookups?
No, cable is not offered at this time.

Can I host a group event at the campground?
Yes, Palms & Pines Campground & RV Park is an ideal destination for rallies, reunions, and group gatherings.
We welcome clubs, groups, and organizations of all sizes to host events here.
Our park offers:
